Learning about the anatomy chains with Joseph was unique and playful with a curious, hands-on approach that helped us get to know things with our eyes and hands on the body. Getting the chance to feel connection of fascia and muscle chains on ourselves and classmates was very useful! I walked away with a much better understanding of the body and how it associates with breath and movement in such a delicate and sensitive way.
