1:1 with Joseph starts with a short consultation to address what’s going on. He then will lead you and/or your client through appropriate assessment strategies to address the issue/s. Come dressed for yoga, as you will most likely go through some gentle movement exercises. Sessions can be recorded to revisit the protocols and homework. Scheduling at mutually agreed upon time.
